  1. I have never had as many problems getting a printer to work correctly, setup, stay connected or have usable drivers as with this ET-2650. My mac computers automatically see drivers for EcoTank printers through the 2550 series, but none for the 2650. I have REPEATEDLY downloaded drivers for all of my computers and had "Incomplete" installation issues or nothing at all. This is seriously aggravating. What is the problem!?!?!?

  2. I cannot get scanner in my Espon XP420 to connect to my new MacBook Pro (running Sierra 10.12.4). Printing function operates fine but scanner tells me it cannot communicate with computer? "Communication Error. Connect to computer". Connection is via USB with USB-C adaptor into my brand new 15" MacBookPro.
    I have downloaded the software from your website as per your instructions and printing function is fine.
    Please advise.

  3. When downloading Epson XP-420 Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Only available Items:
    Printer Driver v9.81
    ICA Scanner Driver v5.8.6
    Epson Easy Photo Scan v1.0.11
    Epson Event Manager v2.51.32
    Epson Software Updater v2.2.1
    Network Installer

    Install Epson XP-420 Scanner Driver and EPSON Scan Utility v4.0.1.1 (HERE) [Also Support XP-424]


    To scan using the product's control panel, you must also download and install the Epson Event Manager v2.51.44 (HERE) after installing this file.


    If you're scanning Epson XP-420 over a network from Mac:
    → first open the Applications folder
    → click Epson Software
    → click EPSON Scan Settings
    → Make sure the Connection setting is set to Network
    → then click the Test button.

  5. I can't start scanner in EPSON STYLUS CX9400 FAX. It keep says EPSON Scan cannot be started. I did all the troubleshooting and re-install the driver, but nothing works.

    1. follow these steps (Windows):
      → Install Drivers and Utilities Combo Package (items: Printer drivers, Scanner drivers, Epson Status Monitor, Epson EasyPrint)
      → Or TWAIN Driver and EPSON Scan Utility

      Then you must install the Event Manager Utility, it allows to activate the EPSON Scan utility from the control panel model Epson Stylus CX9400Fax or other. ↙

  6. I have the Epson GT-S50 scanner. When I hit "scan", it goes through the connection from the computer to the scanner, but does not scan and I get "Fatal Error" indication. I have downloaded the new drivers. Help.

  7. Download and install Scanner Driver and EPSON Scan Utility and download
    Epson Event Manager This utility allows you to scan from the control panel of your Epson product. The EPSON Scan or Epson Scan 2 Utility must be installed prior to using the Event Manager Utility.

  8. I have a wf-2560. Recently, it stopped actually printing anything on paper. It still shoots out paper, but without any thing on it.
    What I tried:

    New epson ink

    Cleaning print heads

    Today, I unistalled all software, and redownloaded everything from the epson sight. It tries to install, but comes up " no drivers found, install driver.

    I had downloaded the complete windows package on the website. Then, I tried installing the seperate drivers, but those won't install. Even reports come out blank, with no warnings at all on the printer coming up.

    Whats going on? it's 6 months old. Windows 10, ASUS computer, hooked up wirelessly 32 bit erick440440 {at} gmail dot com

This often happens in Windows and Mac, If Epson WorkForce WF-2650 printing blank pages do the following to Windows 10 32bit Navigate to the Apps screen and select Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Devices and Printers. Right-click your WorkForce WF-2650 printer and select Printing Preferences.
